We are looking for driven and target oriented candidate, that would enjoy working on a unique and luxury residential project on a position of a Sales Manager.

 

 

The role of the Sales Manager consists in identifying and managing customers and sales for luxurious residential units and drive up revenues and margins of the units as per the project phasing define by the developer.

 

Role:

 

The Sales manager will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and will be directly reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director. Interaction and communication with the marketing team as well as with the design team and architects will be frequent to ensure alignment on product design and marketing plan and activity.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a book of prospects to grow sales and revenues of a set of residential units.

- Proactively reach to existing and new prospects to drive product placement according to construction progress.

- Present the project and pricing to potential customers and brokers according to defined product mix.

- Organise and manage on site visits for prospects and customers.

- Closely work with appropriate team members on FPAs and contracts set up and follow-up.

- Contribute to product mix of future stage of the project in conjunction with other departments.

- Align with and input Marketing team with customers feedback to shape Marketing collaterals and events.

- Attend selected events to develop prospects book according to Marketing plan and budget.

- Consistently ensure a competitor’s landscape monitoring on development projects and price evolution.

- Weekly update and data entry of sales activity, opportunities and contacts into CRM system.

 

Expected skills

- Strong ability to drive sales revenues and margins from existing and new book of prospects.

- Czech language as mother tongue and strong command of English.

- Self-driven while being a strong team player.

- Real estate acumen and affinity.

- Strong understanding and affinity with premium clientele in Czech Republic more specifically in Prague.

- Agile and open to new ideas to drive sales in line with target segment.

- Strong presentation skills.

 

Start date and compensation

- Start date: as soon as possible

- Compensation: Fixed salary depending on experience and commission.
