For our client, commercial real estate developer, we are currently looking for a new colleague with experience as assistant and very good knowledge of CZ/EN languages.




Your duties:

  • document organization and collection and general data management
  • due diligence matters and tracking work—missing documents and such issues;
  • work with documents in Word, Excel – formatting, proofreading
  • prepare (deliver or pick up) documents to courts and other authorities;
  • organizing and maintaining files, scanning, copying, answering telephones, taking messages




Our client require:


  • very good knowledge of Czech language – native speaker
  • very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • experience at similar position is a big advantage
  • team player, flexibility, stress resistant
  • Driving license B
