For our client, an international firm in the center of Prague, we are currently looking for a Personal assistant. 

Role:

 

Responsibilities: 

 

In this role you will be responsible for organizational/administrative support for 2 Partners.

  • organizing business trips, maintaining outlook calendars and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • work with documents in Word - contracts, agreements, memoranda, creating reports/timesheets/invoices in Excel, preparing presentations (according to given instructions) in PowerPoint
  • coordinating seminar and conference attendance of assigned managers, placing conference calls, making travel arrangements and preparing business itineraries.
  • organizing and maintaining files, scanning, copying, answering telephones, taking messages
  • cooperation and communication with other colleagues and departments 

 

Požadavky:

 

Qualifications:

  • excellent knowledge of English language (experience from English speaking country is big advantage)
  • very good PC skills (Microsoft Word – reviewing editing, formatting, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • professional appearance and pleasant manners
  • organizational and administrative skills
  • ability to communicate and work under stress
  • should be reliable, attentive to details but able to work fast, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • previous experience from a law firm (legal department of a company) / professional services firm is highly appreciated
