For our significant client, an international company in Prague, we are currently seeking the right candidates for the position of a Property Management Assistant 

Role:

 

  • Administration for ISO 14001 and ISO 50001
  • preparation orders in Helios
  • preparation of orders for CZ and others country
  • preparation/updating of contracts
  • regular checking, printing and preparation of orders for signing
  • scanning, copying of contracts
  • input new suppliers to the system

 

Požadavky:

 

Our client require:

 

  • very good knowledge of Czech language
  • very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • experience at similar position is a big advantage
  • team player, flexibility, stress resistant
  • driving license B
