 An international property developer and investor with its headquarters in Prague 5  is seeking to recruit new colleague for the position - Assistant.



 General administration tasks

-       Administrative and organizational tasks, support for the team

-       Maintenance of company cars (insurance, high-way stamps, regular service, etc.)

-       Responsibility for the smooth operation of computer technology in cooperation with corporate IT services (IT equipment, company web pages)

-       Employees agenda (attendance, communication with external HR, etc.)

-       Office administrative agenda (Arranging correspondence, filing documents, arranging meetings, receiving visitors, ordering office supplies)

-       Administration of Data boxes, Czech Point

-       Arranging Christmas gifts for tenants and suppliers

-       Event management


Support to general director

-       Tracking/controlling Excel reports


Support to Project Manager

-       Project contracts and permits filing

-       Administrative tasks related to loans drawdowns

-       Administrative tasks related to projects permitting


Support Property Management team

-       Filing, archiving


Support with organisation of viewing premises

-       Assistance on site visits


Support of Accountant

-       Filing, archiving
