For our clients, commercial real estate developer, we are currently looking for a Office manager/Senior receptionist. 



In this role you will be responsible for office management, administrative support to the management of the company and other team members:

  • Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
  • Co-responsibility for company contact database and keeping it up to date
  • Communication with suppliers of catering, cleaning and maintenance services
  • Arranging documents translation
  • Answering calls, e-mail correspondence
  • Running / handling office equipment (fax, copy machine, telephones)
  • Ordering office supplies





  • excellent knowledge of English language (experience from English speaking country is big advantage)
  • good PC skills
  • professional appearance and pleasant manners
  • organizational and administrative skills
  • ability to communicate and work under stress
  • should be reliable, attentive to details but able to work fast, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • previous experience in similar position
