For our significant client, an international company in Prague, we are currently seeking the right candidates for the position of Office manager/ HR .




In this role you will be responsible for:

  • office a facility management
  • communication with domestic and foreign suppliers
  • budget preparation in cooperation with finance department
  • administrative support to the company leadership
  • business services team leadership
  • end user IT support, coordination of IT with headquarters
  • managing HR administration – recruitment, managing contracts, employees personal files, trainings, benefits, teambuilding organization




What we expect from you:

  • previous, similar, experience in an international firm 
  • proficient knowledge of Czech and English languages (both written and spoken)
  • pleasant, friendly personality with team spirit
  • dedicated, independent, flexible person who is willing to learn new things
  • strong organiser with very good time management and high level of communication skills
