For our client, an international law firm in the center of Prague, we are currently looking to recruit a new colleague to their M&A / Energy team.





➢ Provision of legal services and consultancy in area of corporate / M&A, real estate law and energy

➢ Drafting and reviewing of documents related to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and energy law

➢ Involvement in the due diligence

➢ Preparing draft presentations, drafting memoranda, provide assistance to senior associates on projects

➢ Dealing with courts and administrative authorities

➢ Legal research





➢ University education in the Czech Republic

➢ Previous professional experience in an international law firm or a major Czech law firm, experience in energy sector is not a condition

➢ Advanced English (written and oral), including legal terminology (studies or work experience from abroad is a big advantage); fluent Czech

➢ Perfect knowledge of Czech law

➢ Advanced drafting skills, excellent analytical and logical thinking, being able to see things in big picture

➢ Ability to provide comprehensive legal services to international and Czech clients

➢ Very good presentation and communication skills both in Czech and English, knowledge of German or Russian language is advantage

➢ Good time management/self management

➢ Smart, bright personality eager to learn new things

➢ Ability to understand client needs

➢ Positive and open approach, team player

Experience in regulatory and energy sector/law is not required, your interest in this field and willingness to learn it is highly appreciated
