For our client, we are looking for a suitable candidate to manage 2 hotels in South Bohemia region. We are looking for happy, energetic, honest and reliable person with proven track of running operations. Suitable person has to be decisive and implement changes. We are looking for a team player, yet a hands on captain. Knowledge of English is a must. 




Professional experience:

  • Proven background of minimum 3 years of senior management position in a medium size hotel operation.
  • Grown from operational service level.
  • Proven background of preparing budget, action plan and ability implement it.
  • Proven background of reporting method.
  • Graduated of Hotel school. Preferred international.
  • Preferred working experience in international hotel chain.
  • Experienced working with hotel software. 




Personal skills:

  • A team leader. A person that can provides leadership and vision to the entire team.
  • Communicative personality. Person that likes people and have the hospitality "in his veins"
  • Representative person. - Represent the hotels. Be ambassador of the hotel
  • Assertive. - Pro-active and result driven.
