For our client, dynamic, expanding real estate company we are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Reporting Specialist. 




Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring correct bookkeeping and accounting for multiple entities, in accordance with CZ GAAP and group reporting standards;
  • Responsible for managing outsourced service provider of basic Accounting and bookkeeping;
  • Preparation of monthly reporting in line with Group reporting requirements through Group consolidation system in line with Group chart of accounts;
  • Preparation of intercompany elimination journals for Group consolidation purposes and of quarterly IFRS adjustment bookings;
  • Preparation of monthly variance analysis to Budget, and presentation to Corporate Finance team, completion of reporting pack for annual consolidated Group IFRS accounts;
  • Preparation of local statutory reporting and audit requirements;
  • Cooperation on an ongoing major IT project to implement Property Management system;
  • And other tasks related to finance assigned by the management.




  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience in finance and accounting;
  • Strong skills in MS Excel;
  • Knowledge of principles of IFRS; and
  • At least Upper-intermediate English in spoken and written form.

  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive working style with strong problem solving skills.
